In the confusing world of getting lean stomach there is a myth. This myth is so prevalent in our culture that seeing somebody with lean, six pack, ripped stomach is as rare as a 5 inch African diamond.
In good ol’ USA and almost every other country with TV networks we are bombarded daily with bullshit infomercials. They sell another crap gadget that promises to give us a perfect, Brad Pitt-like, washboard stomach.
Those TV infomercials are damaging to our efforts to get a lean stomach. They tell us all the time that the best exercises for abs are crunches. Most of us give up, without getting any meaningful results from those gadgets. We continue our life with the crushing belief that we have:
- Inferior genetics.
- Or poor access to expensive supplements.
- Or we are too stupid or too lazy to have six-pack abs and a beach body.

This false belief is based on TV informercials and high school coach mythology. It has to be removed from your mind permanently as a first step to perfect six-pack abs.
